The Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission offers Dispute Resolution Services for the following:

Warranty issues involving new manufactured homes. |

2) |
Correction or Repair of Defects in manufactured housing. |
| |
3) |
Installation of manufactured housing as performed by an OMHC licensed Installer. |
The request for Dispute Resolution Services should be received by the Commission within one year from the date the home was installed.

A form to request services is also available. This form must be downloaded and mailed into the Commission: Form to Request Dispute Resolution Services
All dispute resolution notifications, complaints and final resolutions must be submitted and completed in writing.
A homeowner who performs his/her own installation may void the warranty on the manufactured home and will eliminate being qualified for the OMHC dispute resolution program.
