Revised Rules effective 6/1/11 - Please familiarize yourself with the revised Rules effective 6/1/11.  You may view them by choosing "Laws and Rules" and they are listed at the top of that page.  Please note, changes are easily identified by new language is underlined and deleted language is striken.

There are new Rules for the licensing of manufactured home dealers, brokers and salespeople effective 7/1/2010.  The Rules can be found on our website under "Laws and Rules", 4781-11.  For additional information on the licensing of Manufactured Home ealers/Brokers/Salespeople, please visit the web page entitled "Dealers/Brokers/Salespeople".

Change in Inspection Jurisdiction in Parks - Please read the attached memo regarding who had authority to inspect the installation of manufactured homes in parks. 

Our permit/seal report is now available for viewing on our website under “OMHC Seal Report” on the left-hand side.  All permits issued are now reported within 48 hours of permit issue date.

Change in jurisdiction in manufactured home parks - Effective October 6, 2009, the Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission has taken over the jurisdiction of all installations of manufactured homes in parks.  Please refer to our website under "Call for Inspections" to identify the inspection authority for your area.
