The Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission offers Dispute Resolution Services for the following: |

1.) |
Warranty issues involving new manufactured homes. |
|
2.) |
Correction or Repair of Defects in manufactured housing. |
|
3.) |
Installation of manufactured housing. |
|
|
|
The request for Dispute Resolution Services should be received by the Commission within one year from the date the home was installed. |
|
|
|
