The Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission offers Dispute Resolution Services for the following:
1.)
Warranty issues involving new manufactured homes.
2.)
Correction or Repair of Defects in manufactured housing.
3.)
Installation of manufactured housing.

The request for Dispute Resolution Services should be received by the Commission within one year from the date the home was installed.
